Lite Touch Support

 

A Lite touch support is designed to do exactly as the name suggests.

 

Support calls are bought up-front either individually, or discounted in blocks of 5 or 10 Lite units of 30 minutes.

 

We connect to your computer (as long as you’re online) and fix your problem, it’s that easy.

 

We call you every 2 months to check that you have no IT issues that we can help with that are impeding your business.

 

Lite touch calls are not restricted to business, private customers are also welcome.

 

 

Standard Support

 

Our standard support is reliable, friendly & proactive

 

Support is tailored to our customers needs, depending on the infrastructure, numbers of users and to what level of support is agreed. So you won’t find a list of activities we say we’ll do, we agree that with you depending on what you actually need.

 

Some of our supported users are dispersed across the country and work well with remote support accompanied by a telephone call. We also offer teleconference and where required on-site help.

 

IT support users contact us by phone, skype, email and by leaving messages via the support pages.   

When supporting companies with specific requirements like e-commerce companies, we’re able to monitor servers 24 x 7
